The CASL national convening brings together thought leaders in STEM Education from HBCUs to have conversations around Broadening Participation in STEM. The CASL research team uses creative elicitations, including personal storytelling and guided conversations, to capture data that will, in turn, inform the literature on leadership for broadening participation in STEM.
